Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and planner atlas (“we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the planner atlas software application and related websites and services (the “Service”) available at planneratlas.com.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Notify us promptly at support@planneratlas.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You may not share accounts in a way that circumvents subscription limits or security controls.
• We may refuse, suspend, or reclaim usernames or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Paid plans, upgrades, renewals, and related purchases are offered through our Merchant of Record.

• Pricing, billing cycles, and featured plan details are shown at checkout and may change prospectively.
• Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes are calculated and collected by the Merchant of Record as required.
• Refund and cancellation rights are governed by the Merchant of Record’s policies and applicable consumer law, in addition to any statutory rights you may have.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of paid features.

Subject to these Terms and your active subscription (where required), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal planning purposes.

planner atlas, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and underlying technology, remains our property (or that of our licensors). These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Your content. You retain ownership of the business information, plans, financial inputs, and other materials you submit (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display User Content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service and to provide support.

Outputs generated by the Service (for example, draft plans or financial summaries) are provided for informational and planning purposes. You remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding how to use them.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Abuse, overload, scrape, or interfere with APIs, infrastructure, or other users’ use of the Service.
• Circumvent access controls, subscription limits, or security features.
• Use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, infringement of others’ rights, or distribution of malware.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or content you do not have rights to use.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly allowed in writing.

We may investigate violations and take action including suspension or termination of access.

• 1. Nature of the Service: planner atlas provides software tools that use artificial intelligence (AI) for business modeling, planning, and generating reports and feasibility studies (including PDF files). Neither the Service nor any outputs it produces constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, or professional financial advice.
• 2. Generation errors & independent verification: You acknowledge and agree that AI models may occasionally produce inaccurate information, calculation errors, or outdated estimates. You are solely and fully responsible for reviewing, auditing, and verifying all figures, assumptions, and data in reports or PDF files before using them or submitting them to any third party.
• 3. No guarantee of financing or success: We do not guarantee that feasibility studies will be accepted or relied upon by any bank, government authority, or investor, and we assume no liability for any investment or business decisions made by you or any third party based on the outputs. You should always consult qualified financial and accounting advisors before making any business decision.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting support@planneratlas.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your license ends and we may delete or disable access to your account, subject to our Privacy Policy and any retention required by law or the Merchant of Record.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, planner atlas AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless planner atlas and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes, subject to mandatory local consumer rights. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under local law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice (for example, by email or an in-product message). Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
